KU Student Wins Competition to Design Kutztown Borough Bicentennial Logo

Laura Richardson '12, a communication design major, won the competition to design the official logo for the Kutztown Borough Bicentennial celebration. The Kutztown Bicentennial Committee recently announced that Laura's design, which incorporates two traditional Pennsylvania Dutch symbols--the distelfink (goldfinch) and the tulip--had won and would be the official logo for the Bicentennial (a version of the logo is below).
